Quality policy

The management of the Laboratory of Energy Machines and Devices at the PK declares high professionalism and quality of the research performed.
The main goal of the Laboratory's activities is to ACHIEVE and MAINTAIN HIGH TECHNICAL COMPETENCES IN THE SCOPE OF RESEARCH SERVICES PROVIDED TO CLIENTS.

Laboratory:
• declares independence from any commercial, financial or other internal and external pressures/influences that could adversely affect the research performed
• Ensures clients protect confidential information and maintain proprietary rights
• declares the consistency of all activities
• declares to avoid engaging in any activity that could undermine confidence in his competence, the independence of his judgments and the reliability of his research activities
• guarantees that tests are carried out in accordance with established validated methods and using properly supervised measuring equipment, as well as in accordance with the principles of the Management System
• ensures the integrity of the Management System maintained during planning and implementation of changes to the Management System.

Meeting the requirements contained in the standard in the Laboratory of Energy Machines and Devices of the Polish University of Technology
PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 and the consistent application of the management system adopted in this standard is a guarantee of credibility, reliability and the high level of services desired by customers.

The Laboratory's management undertakes to maintain compliance of all elements of the management system with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard and to continuously improve the effectiveness of this System.
