Measurement of thermal conductivity and diffusivity of solids, powders, liquids and pastes
Rapid, non-destructive measurement of thermal conductivity and energy efficiency.
The following can be analysed: nanomaterials, explosives, textiles, thermoelectric devices, led systems, rubber, polymers, geological material, insulation, concrete, asphalt, automotive system components.
- Thermal conductivity measurement range: 0.01 W/(m·K) ÷ 500 W/(m·K),
- diffusivity measurement range: 0.01 mm²/s ÷ 300 mm²/s,
- test time: 0.8 s ÷ 5 s,
- minimum dimension of the test specimen: cylindrical specimen of at least 15 mm in diameter,
- maximum dimension of the test sample: unlimited,
- minimum test piece thickness: 0.5 mm, depending on the material's thermal conductivity,
- maximum thickness of test piece: unlimited,
- measuring temperature range -50°C ÷ 200°C,
- measurement according to ASTM D7984.
